Karim Ben Hamida is Attorney at law before the Court of Cassation, and expert in business law.
In addition, he is the Director of the Research Unit in Business Ethics at the Lawyers Center of Studies, Research and Resources, that comes under the Tunisian Bar Association.
Holder of the Qualification Certificate for the Bar Profession (Certificat d'aptitude à la profession d'avocat
"C.A.P.A") and the LLM from the Faculty of Law in Tunis, Me Ben Hamida is also qualified from the Higher Cycle of the National School of Administration in Tunis.

Me Ben Hamida also enjoys professional experience in leading Tunisian Law Firms as well as key British, European and International institutions, mainly, the Cabinet Office and the British parliament in London, the European Commission, the Consilium and the NATO Parliamentary Assembly in Brussels as well as the International Criminal Court in The Hague.
